How many people can go in the car?

By law we can only carry 8 passengers.

Are you the cheapest?

 We do not claim to be the cheapest limousine company, nor would we like to be.  We pride ourselves on providing a luxury top class service which you will fondly remember for a long time.  Our car is regularly serviced and our chauffeurs are all polite, respectful and punctual.  A limousine is usually booked for a special occasion; don’t spoil that special day just to save a few pounds.

 Do you require a deposit?

 Yes, a small non-refundable deposit is required on every booking; the amount will depend on the service you require.  This can be made by either cheque or cash to be sent to the office address.  The final payment can be made up to two weeks before the date of the booking by cheque; alternatively you can choose to pay the outstanding balance to our chauffeur in cash on the day at the first pick up point.

Can we drink alcohol in the car?

 Yes!  Champagne Cars of Warwickshire Ltd. provides bubbly for your enjoyment (over 18’s only).  The amount of bubbly provided depends on the services required.  You are also welcome to bring along your own supply, but please inform the office prior to your booking.  Some beverages are not permitted such as red wine, or other drinks which might stain if spilt, we appreciate your co operation with this.

 Can we eat in the car?

 Sorry, we do not allow any food to be consumed in the car.  Our car is booked for many different events; it would be unfair to expect a bride to travel in the car on her special day with it smelling like last weeks fish and chips. 

 Can we smoke in the car?

Champagne Cars of Warwickshire Ltd. adhere to a strict NO SMOKING policy in the car, however our chauffeur will (where possible) stop for you to have a cigarette break outside of the car.

 How much notice do you need?

 First come first served, book early to avoid disappointment.  If paying by cheque we will require you to book at least two weeks before.
